Our cherry chips are best for poultry and pork. A very fruity and sweet smoke with subtle intensity. We love this with ribs!

When it comes to small goods, cherry smoke goes well with ham, venison and semi dried sausages such as mettwurst.

Each 3L bag contains approximately 650-900g of wood chips, depending on species and relative wood density.
