Shipping policy

Shipping

We do not ship large or bulky items unless pre-arranged with a shipping quote. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping rates are $15.95 standard or $24.95 for express. (This rate does not include bulky items, dangerous goods such as fiberglass and gas supplies or Sounders and Marine Electronics)

Standard can take anywhere from 5 to 15 working days. Express can take 2 - 5 business days.

• FREE standard shipping for orders over $200 (Subject to change during promotion or sale periods. This will be advertised on the Fraser Coast Outdoors website.)
• FREE express shipping for orders over $250 (Subject to change during promotion or sale periods. This will be advertised on the Fraser Coast website.)

If the postman or courier cannot deliver for whatever reason or it is deemed unsafe to leave at your address they may leave a card with an alternate delivery location (local Post Office or similar).

In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Fraser Coast Outdoors. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are Mon - Fri 08:30am - 5:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 8:00am till 12pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come and a form of ID. If someone is picking up from you behalf this needs to be emailed with their name and email. They too will also have to provide ID.

International Shipping

We don't currently offer international shipping. We can however attempt to get products to you through the post. If you wish to place an order with international shipping please only place the order by calling or E-mailing us.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at frasercoastoutdoors@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
