Why Choose FixTech Fix15?

Strong Adhesion with Lasting Flexibility

Unlike rigid adhesives, FixTech Fix15 provides a strong bond while maintaining flexibility after curing.

This makes it particularly suitable for applications exposed to vibration, temperature changes and minor movement.

Built for Harsh Marine Environments

Boats and marine equipment are regularly exposed to water, UV radiation, vibration and changing weather conditions.

Fix15's durable formulation makes it a practical choice for maintaining and protecting suitable marine fittings and components.

Professional Non-Yellowing White Finish

The white formulation is designed to resist yellowing, helping maintain a clean appearance on boats, caravans and other exposed surfaces.

Bonds to Multiple Materials

Fix15's versatility makes it suitable for projects involving different materials, including fibreglass, metal, timber and selected plastics.

Paintable & Easy to Finish

The sealant can be finished neatly and painted with compatible coatings, making it ideal for repairs where appearance is important.

Application Instructions

  1. Prepare the Surface: Ensure surfaces are sound, clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and contaminants.

  2. Prepare the Cartridge: Cut the cartridge nozzle to the required bead size and insert into a suitable caulking gun.

  3. Apply the Sealant: Apply a continuous, even bead to the prepared surface or joint.

  4. Assemble or Seal: Position the components or fill the joint as required.

  5. Tool the Surface: Smooth the sealant before skin formation using an appropriate method recommended by FixTech.

  6. Allow to Cure: Protect the application and allow sufficient curing time before exposing it to service conditions.

Curing time depends on bead thickness, temperature and humidity. Follow the current FixTech Technical Data Sheet for application-specific requirements.
