This Carnivore Collective Meat Slicer can slice cured and cooked meats paper-thin. With a Powerful 180 watts AC motor, this meat slicer can slice up to 190mm diameter and up to 15mm thick. Comes equipped with a stainless steel hardened serrated blade, removable carriage cover for easy clean up and a precise thickness adjustable knob. The curve on the back allows sliced food to roll onto the food tray
